Hall offers in-house design services with professional designers who create custom plans for his clients.
1973 As a teenager, Greg began working for Bouy and Hall Homes.
1978 Greg attends his first Future Builders of America Convention in Michigan.
1983 Hallmark Homes of Savannah was founded by Greg, Steve and Billy Hall.
1984 Hallmark built their first home in the Parade of Homes in Georgetown.
1985 Construction began on the first home in Long Point on Whitemarsh Island.
1986 Hallmark's first new home development, Arlington Park, broke ground in Hinesville.
1988 Hallmark Homes of Savannah built their first home in Southbridge.
1991 Hallmark broke into the Landings market with a stately custom home.
1996 Hallmark joins Southern Living's Builder's Board.
1999 Hallmark built their 1000th home.
2001 Hallmark is awarded "Eite Builder" by 2-10 Homebuyers Warranty program.
2002 Hallmark built $1.5m Award Winning 'Southern Living Idea House'.
2007 Hallmark Homes named Southern Living Custom Builder Member of the Year for 2007, Greg's brother, Steve is honored in Savannah HBA Hall of Fame, Hallmark Homes has its 25th anniversary celebration and Hallmark began working with several charitable organizations including The Coastal Childrenis Advocacy Center, CASA and Habitat for Humanity– community involvement that continues to this day.
2009 Greg Hall forms Greg Hall Construction LLC to offer a more versatile home construction approach.
